If your interest is peeked, I invite you to join me for this transformative workshop. In the first half of the workshop we will talk about the impact of pranayama (breath) on your body, mind and spirit. You will then learn various breath practices that you can use in your everyday life to settle your thoughts, energize the body and shift your energy.
In the second part of the workshop you will be guided through a vinyasa class using the pranayama techniques you just learned so that you can experience first hand the impact of your breath! All levels welcome!
